Zakimijo Castle is a world heritage site where you can dress in costumes from the Ryukyu era. You can dress as a member of the Princess class or other high ranking members of the Ryukyu era society.
You can take your own photos or have a professional photographer take them. If you choose to have the professional photos taken, it is really a fun experience. You get to feel like a model and make the experience even more memorable.

Yonaguni Horse farm is located at Nanjo City on the South Island of Okinawa
At the farm, you can pet rare horses and goats. Or for a bigger adventure, especially recommended is the Yonaguni farm horseback ride.
During the summer, you can ride your horse on the seashore and even stop to take a dip. The horses are gentle and friendly so it is fun for all ages. However, horse-back riders must weigh 165 lbs or less.

Here you can experience the Okinawa traditional craft of Ryukyu glass blowing. An original glass-making experience is just 5 minutes. You can actually blow glass. Creating an original piece of glass yourself is a very exciting and fulfilling experience.

Okinawa children’s world is a Zoo, a museum and a children’s center in one building complex. Filled with flowers and greenery everywhere. You can enjoy yonagniuma and saishuba and horseback riding. It is a popular picnic spot.

SHURI Ryukyu bingata experience!

One of the original dyes used around the world was in SHURI. The bingata method uses fossilized coral to create a dye that was used on hemp fabric.
This experience lets you express your individuality and sense of fashion.
On the first floor, you can purchase Bingata coasters. They even have coral dyed Chou and applesauce for sale.

Soon after entering a splendid red-tiled gate you will see ajitude’s house.
From 10 am until 4 pm, they have music, dance, and old time games, to let you experience what life was like in Okinawa during the Ryukyu Kingdom era.
